Great workout!
The app itself looks amazing. This workout is nice because it only takes 12 minutes but you feel like you get something out of it. 15 seconds is perfect for the amount of rest you get! I would recommend this app.

That app is OK. I like how it is, all in all. May I recommend though, saying how much youll lose by doing it. Like one month=-1 pound or something. itll help the advertising a bit.
